Job Responsibilities

  • Communicating with internal and external stakeholders and conducting interviews as necessary to understand current practices and determine possible areas for improvement.
  • Gathering and understanding business requirements for new projects
  • Developing algorithms and analytical methodologies to support data reporting and analysis
  • Provide business analysis by conducting workflow analysis
  • Develop, review and analyze business information requirements and models by defining the business scope and objectives including the planning, designing, or modifying of practical manuals and automated business procedures
  • Identify and analyze new project initiatives by staying current with initiatives under consideration
  • Consult the relevant stakeholders regarding impact assessment and implementation strategies; evaluate the new project initiatives and identifies variances
  • Ability to handle multiple priorities, including the ability to make clear and timely decisions in a very fast-paced environment while maintaining great customer service and a positive, professional demeanor.
  • Primary point of contact for internal and external constituencies on all matters pertaining to the Office of the CEO
  • Serves as a liaison to the senior management team; organizes and coordinates executive meeting and oversees special projects
  • Work independently on projects, from conception to completion, and must be able to work under pressure at times to handle a wide variety of activities and confidential matters with discretion
  • Completes a variety of administrative tasks for the CEO including: managing an extremely active schedule of appointments; completing expense reports; composing and preparing correspondence that is confidential; arranging complex and detailed travel plans, itineraries, and agendas for upcoming leadership meetings
  • Plans, coordinates, and ensures the CEOs schedule is followed and respected. Provides “gatekeeper” and “gateway” role, creating win-win situations for direct access to the CEO’s time and office for all employees
  • Communicates directly, and on behalf of the CEO, with leadership team and others on matters related project deadlines and goal objectives. Follows up with team on deadlines given by CEO to team members to ensure timelines for projects are being met by leadership team
  • Researches, prioritizes, and follows up on incoming issues and concerns addressed to the CEO, including those of a sensitive or confidential nature. Determines appropriate course of action working with CEO to ensure all issues are being addressed and responded to in a timely matter by CEO
  • Provides a bridge for smooth communication between the CEO’s office and leadership team
  • Works closely and effectively with the CEO to keep him well informed of upcoming commitments and responsibilities
  • Follow up appropriately and ensure he/she is keeping on schedule for upcoming meetings/commitments throughout the day.
  • Helps in drafting acknowledgement letters, personal correspondence, and other tasks that facilitate the CEO’s ability to effectively lead the company
