Job Description

To ensure smooth functioning of Patient Care Services with respect to
Medical Administration
To ensure proper procedures are in place for efficient Admission,
Management & Discharge of patients.
Assist, review policies, procedures and medical protocols regarding
patient care.
To support billing & recovery department on medical part.
Taking feedback of patients and relatives regarding any deficiencies in
the hospital services and taking appropriate measures to rectify them.
To analyze reason of patient dissatisfaction and suggest improvements.
To ensure upkeep and confidentiality of hospital records.
Monitoring documentation done by RMO and ensuring fulfillment of all
medico legal requirement.
Weekly generating MIS Reports for admission and Discharge specialty
wise.
Responsible for monitoring CQI clinical indicators
Assisting Medical Superintendent for Integrated Clinical Governance
Accreditation.
Implementation of applicable NABH and clinical standards and audit
checklist
To participate in various hospital based committees as notified by
Medical Superintendent.
